It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christine Anne Somerville of Hayward, Wisconsin, born in New Brighton, Minnesota, who passed away on June 14, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley and GoodrunLaska; her husband Robert Somerville; her daughter Dana Schwartz; her grandson Peter Schwartz; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Tiffany and Richard Bergum.

She is survived by: her children, Tari Popham (Jim) of Hayward, WI and Robby Somerville (Angie Atwood) of Overgaard, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jayme Popham, Terryn Anderson (Collin), Maggy Popham, Hailey Schwartz, Cameron and Gracie Somerville; her great grandchild Asher Anderson; her siblings, Carol Knudson of Hayward, Sandy Sheehan (Don) of Hayward, Jim Laska of Minong, Lynn Fitch (Matt) of Hayward and Lori Suchanek of Madison; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Somerville (Gerry) of Hayward, Harold Tiffany of Hayward and Kathy Bergum of Hayward. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Memorials may be directed to the Hayward Area Retired Educators Scholarship Fund, Hayward Hawks Baseball or to the Hayward Hurricanes Booster Club.
