She was predeceased by: her mother LeeAnn Tainter (Wolfe); her grandparents, Doris Wolfe and Eugene Wolfe; her great-grandparent Charles Wolfe; her sister Vicky Potack; her great-aunt Victoria Nebel (Wolfe); her aunt Brenda Wolfe; and her cousins, Loren Potack and William "Bill" Swehla.
She is survived by: her father Donald "Ducky" Potack; her sons, James Wolfe, William Wolfe (DeAnna McGuire) and Craig Gougé (Amanda Dahlin); her siblings, Cindy Potack, Brandi Potack, Sonya Tainter, Misty Belisle, Melinda Wolfe, Katie Mae Quaderer and Donald Potack Jr.; and her grandchildren, Cecelia Blackdeer, Craig Gougé Jr., Kyrie Gougé, Saidah Harrington, William Wolfe Jr. and Earl. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
