She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gorney and Agnes Gorney (Brost); and her brother-in-law Tom Shafarik. She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Gorney (Marilynn), Phyllis Ross (Dan), Mary Shafarik, Joan Long (Guy), Alice Gorney and Margie Schull. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
Her last job was with Ventures Unlimited until covid, when she retired and lived with her sister Mary.
