She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Ormston of Seattle, WA, Peggy Haworth (Larry) of Seattle, WA, Shirley Larson (Bob) of Hayward, WI and Penny Kay of Seattle, WA; her grandchildren, Ronald Haworth (Angela) of Seattle, WA, Robert Haworth (Lindsey) of Seattle, WA, Marena Hand (Wesley) of Seattle, WA, Justin Kay (Rachel) of Seattle, WA and Hayley Kay of Seattle, WA; and her great grandchildren, Jack Haworth (Monica) of Seattle, WA, Emma Thomas (Jeff) of Seattle, WA, Fletcher Haworth of Seattle, WA, Naomi Haworth of Seattle, WA, Kyle Haworth of Seattle, WA, Maya Kay of Seattle, WA, Nina Kay of Seattle, WA and Douglas Haworth of Seattle, WA.
