He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Tworek and Mary Tworek; his step-mother Florence Tworek; and his siblings, Dorothy, Connie and Edwin.
He is survived by : his wife Kathy Loebaka; his children, Rose Marie Pelfrey of Choctaw, OK, Verle Tworek (Jean) of Elk Mound, WI and Bruce Tworek (Kim) of Fair Oaks, CA; and his step-brothers, Frank Petit and Ron Petit of Winter, WI. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
