She is survived by: her father Roger Annamitta; her husband Lyle Mustache; her daughter Shelby Heath; her grandson Evan Heath; her sisters, Louise Varga (Gary), Sonja Petonquot, Victoria Stone and Hope Waupoose; and her close friend Anna Merritt.
