He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Hawk of Bakersfield, CA and Hattie Nichols of Orlando; his niece Dusty Westphal-Stumph (Herb); his great-nephews, Nicholas and Gavin of Escanaba, MI; his niece Sarina Sepulveda (Milwaukee); and his caregivers, Mike, Starrie Kane of Hawthorne, Kevin Stark of Hawthorne and Rob Hoven. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
