We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2022, at the age of 84, Shirley A. Cabak of Hawkins, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Marlene McDonald (Craig) of Menomonie, WI, Ja'nice Sisko of Rice Lake, WI, Lawrence Cabak of Bruce, WI, Ron Cabak (Kari) of Hawkins, Russ Cabak (Bobbi Jo) of Florida, Allan Cabak of Hawkins and Michael Cabak (Tiffany) of Florida. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
