She is survived by: her husband John; and her children, Mark Pempek (Therese) of Wrangell, Alaska, Mary Jane Schuchardt (Jim) of Ladysmith, Susan Schmidt (Mark) of Hawkins, Gary Pempek (Debbie) of Palmer, Alaska, Lisa Toman (Randy) of Cornell and Jacalyn Harding (Jim) of Northfield, Minnesota. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
