He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Shane Kuduk (Billi) of Haysville, KS, Heather Kuduk-Hsu (Derrick) of Bethesda, MD and Courtney Kuduk of Falls Church, VA; and his sister Janice Hoyt (Allen) of Eden Prairie, MN.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
