It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David F. Lazar of Hawkins, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lazar and Josephine Lazar; and his brothers, Larry, Jack and Eugene.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jablonsky; his daughters, Lori Davis (Greg) of Ladysmith, Jodi Lazar of Augusta, Lynette Voss (Jim) of Jackson and Terri Olsen (Don) of Hawkins; and his siblings, Mickey, Donald, Jeff, Mark Lazar, Bernadine Makovsky and Brenda Petkovsek. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
