As Alfred departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Alfred may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Alfred leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Monica Fratter and William Fratter; and his great-aunt Helene Beckwith. He is survived by: his son Scott Fratter; his wife Ivy Fratter; his sons, Bill and Steven Fratter; his daughters-in-law, Valerie Fratter (Salo) and Candice Fratter (Page); and his close friends, Todd Mitchell, Steve Fox, Ron Mason and Jeff Hume. He is also survived by his family and friends.
