He is survived by: his children, Julianne Rivard, Bonita Paulson (Scott), Susan Brzezinski (Frank Altman), Donald Brzezinski (Lynn) and Kenneth Brzezinski (Jane); his grandchildren, Bradley Ambroziak, Jason Ambroziak, Lisa Hoffmann (Brandon), Jennifer Bergeon, Carrie Brzezinski (late Gary Vlietstra), Melissa Du Bois (Neal), Jonathan Paulson (Kristy) and Josephine Bergeon; his great grandchildren, Kyle Ambroziak (Cassi), Kory Ambroziak, Brianna Ambroziak, Nathaniel King, Alicia, Bill Hoffmann, Kinsley, Patrick Du Bois and Leora Paulson; his great great grandchildren, Alyana and Reygan Ambroziak; his sister Helen Gollon of Plover; and his sister-in-law Rita Brzezinski of Stevens Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Current CDC COVID protocols will be observed with those attending to pay their respects being required to wear a face covering at all times and to follow CDC social distancing guidelines.
