He is survived by: his wife Mildred Tuskowski; his son Duane Ciszewski (Shirley); his grandchildren, Jill Walkowski (Keith) and John Ciszewski; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn and Bethany Walkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
