She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ciszewski and Theresa Ciszewski (Mullen); her spouse Albin Kostka; her siblings, Lawrence, Norbert and Irene Tushkowski; and her brother-in-law Myron Tushkowski.
She is survived by: her children, Terrance Kostka (Debbie), Karen Yenter (Fred), Darryl Kostka (Lynn), Randy Kostka (Heike Hoeft) and Arnold Kostka (Donna); her brother Norman Ciszewski (Mildred); and her sisters-in-law, Marcella Ciszewski and Gladys Ciszewski. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
