She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Sr. Bembenek and Martha Bembenek (Goskowicz); her husband Frank C Wierzba Jr.; and her brothers, Ben, Bill, Victor Jr. and Eugene.

She is survived by: her children, Leroy of Shantytown, Larry (Gayle) of Shantytown, Brian (LeeAnn) of Shantytown, Paul (Lisa) of Wittenberg, Shirley Weir (Larry), Cynthia Skierka (Myron) of Stevens Point and Nancy Wojcik (David) of Bevent; and her sister Mary Ann Eiden (Albert) of Custer.
