He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Wierzba and Mary Wierzba (Zolondz); and his siblings, John, Roman, Felix, Alvina Kurszewski, Helen Lewandowski, Clara Kurszewski and Pauline Betker.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Bembenek; his children, Leroy of Shantytown, Larry Wierzba (Gayle) of Shantytown, Brian Wierzba (LeeAnn) of Shantytown, Paul Wierzba (Lisa) of Wittenberg, Shirley Weir (Larry) of Stevens Point, Cynthia Skierka (Myron) of Stevens Point and Nancy Wojcik (David) of Bevent; and his sister Mary Ann Singer of Custer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
