He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Moore Sr. and Faye Booth; his son Matthew Moore; and his brother-in-law Mark Slagoski. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Moore; his daughter Sarah Moore (Chad Federwitz); his brother Bill Moore (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Kurt Slagoski (Debbie) and Lori Cherek (Rodney). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Humane Society, in remembrance of Don, would be greatly appreciated.
