She was predeceased by: her brothers, Roy Steelman and Charles Steelman; and her great grandchild Kirsten Thompson. She is survived by: her sons, Craig Thompson (Amy) and Terry Thompson; her grandchildren, Laura Reese (Michael), Anneliese Welsh (Nicholas), Jonathan Thompson (Christine), Michael Thompson, Daniel Thompson and David Thompson; her great grandchildren, Aaron Reese, Collin Reese, Craig Truman Thompson and Dawson Thompson; her friend Edith Steelman; her nephews, Keith Steelman and Jim Thompson (Sandy); her niece Susan Gallup (Michael); her daughter-in-law LaDora Thompson; and her husband Ray.

Memorial gifts can be given in her honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
