It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Dawn Hamell (Hartland, Wisconsin), born in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hidde and Emma Hidde; her husband John A. Hamell, Jr.; her son-in-law William Mungovan; and her brother-in-law Douglas Moffatt.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jean Hidde and Joan Moffatt (late Douglas); her children, Kristin Kaptain (Kim), Elizabeth Willis (David), John Hamell III (Meg) and Paul Hamell (Anastasia); her grandchildren, Andrew, Katie, Tom Mungovan, Bekky Harkins (Ben), Bonnie Riechers (Patrick), Bill, Bailey Willis, Ryan, Michael, Lauren, Leah, Christopher and Cayla Hamell; and her great grandchildren, Kieran, Nora, Liam, Kestrel and Oak. She is also survived by animals and birds.
