He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carmichael and Julia Mae Carmichael. He is survived by: his wife Margie (Eberhardy); his children, Bill (Amy), Scott (Maria), Chris (Kristen) and Jeff; his grandchildren, Kirk, Damian, Charlie and Cooper; and his siblings, Bill, Rob and Sharon.

Memorials may be made to Katy's Kloset, Waukesha WI or St Vincent DePaul of St Charles, Hartland WI.
