She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Henkel; her siblings, Mike Stephens and Kathy McLaughlin; her siblings-in-law, Betty Stephens, Chris Stephens and Thomas Smith; her nephew Brian; and her parents, Michael Joseph and Mary Walsh Stephens.
She is survived by: her siblings, Julia Smith, Pat Stephens (Joanne) and Terry Stephens (Kathy); her brother-in-law Dennis McLaughlin; and her nieces and nephews, Gary, Sheila, Michael, Tom, Patrick, Bridget, Robert, Dennis, Kelley, Shannan, Sean, Casey, Katie and Erin.
