He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Wade; his stepchildren, John Brekeller and Emily Jan (Brian); his grandchildren, Kyler Wade, Keirra Placek, Roane Brekeller, Fionna Jan, Cecelia Jan and Emmit Jan; his siblings, Marianna Matteucci, Kathleen Havnen (Marty) and Michael Wade (Ann); and his nieces and nephews, Dr. John Matteucci Jr. (Beth), Thomas Matteucci, Dr. Robert Matteucci (Victoria), Dr. Michael Matteucci (Sara), Paul Havnen (Amber), Tim Havnen, Dr. Mary Ouimet (Joseph), Caroline Janke (Tom), Janine Aranyos (Jeffrey) and Ashley Wade.
