He is survived by: his wife Rosanne "Rosie"; his children, James E. Pope, David Pope (Heidi) and Shelley Mesching (John Paul); and his grandchildren, Rachel Pope, Aaron and Kyle Mesching. He is also survived by seven siblings, other relatives and friends.
