He was predeceased by: his wife Judith. He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Cynthia) and John Shipshock (Carrie); his grandchildren, Courtney, Madison, Jordan and Callie; his siblings, Donald (Sue) and Geraldine; and his brother-in-law Stuart Further (Candith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Middleton Lions-℅ Todd Passini at the Harbor Athletic Club 2529 Allen Boulevard, Middleton, WI 53562.
