She is survived by: her daughter Debra Mojziszek (John) of Elmhurst, IL.; her grandchildren, Kevin and Kirsten Mojziszek; her brother Fredrick Johnson (late Sheila); and her goddaughter Kerry Anne Staneiwski. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
