He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Miller and Esther Miller; his siblings, Carol Buchholz and Kenneth Miller; his wife Shirley Ann Miller (Berzinski); and his granddaughter Lauren Aljubouri.
He is survived by: his children, David Miller (Cindy Nagel), Jeff Miller, Tom Miller (Joan Miller) and Debra Aljubouri (Faiek Aljubouri); his grandchildren, Cory Miller, Amanda Miller (Nicholas Buttacavoli III), Nicole Gams (Kevin Gams), Michelle Blevins (Steve Blevins), Michael Miller, Karlee Miller (Luke Frum), Brittany Aljubouri, Steven Miller, Matthew Miller (Alexandria Miller) and Aaron Aljubouri; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Gams, Hazel Gams, Clarence Blevins, Nicholas Buttacavoli IV and Alexander Gams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
