He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Peterson and Cora Peterson; and his significant other Shirley. He is survived by: his son Dion Peterson; his grandchildren, Katie and Tom; his daughter Sheryl Kuhary (Craig); his grandchildren, Christopher and Kendall; his siblings, Eugene Peterson (Patricia) and Marlene Olson (William); and his parents-in-law, Marlene and Russell Noren. He is also survived by his two children and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Duane's name can be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
