He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Hancock; his parents, Eliizabeth B. McNeil and Robert L McNeil; his siblings, Robert M. McNeil (Audrey) and Barbara Cetto; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Manley (Hancock), Lawrence Lobenstein (Betty Hancock), Robert Manley (Patricia) and Herbert Hancock (Verna).
He is survived by: his brother James E. McNeil (Jean) of Santa Barbara, CA; and his sister-in-law Verna Hancock of Hartland, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Charles Parish School or the veterans support fund of either or both the Hartland Legion and the Hartland VFW.
