He was predeceased by: his wife Karla Lund; his parents, Gilbert Lund and Irene Lund; and his brother Allan Lund. He is survived by: his children, Betty Muente (Mark), Linda Docter (Mike), Amy Lund (Gary Morgan), Dawn Hyland (Dave), Wendy Lund and Michael Lund (Katie); his grandchildren, Douglas, James, Kyle, Ryan and Grace; his brothers, Larry Lund (Kathi) and David Lund (Judy); and his sister-in-law Diane Lund. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
