He was predeceased by: his former wife Catherine McEvoy; his parents, Leo McEvoy and Edna McEvoy; his brother Roger McEvoy; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Miller and Brian Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Carrie Ripp (Brian), Kelly McEvoy and Cory Haight (Michael); his grandchildren, Alec, Delaney, Emily and Ally; his parent-in-law Junette Schmidt; and his siblings-in-law, Carol (John), Kevin (Darlene), Lynda (John), Maria and Nancy (Ken). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Waukesha H.A.W.S, Waukesha Salvation Army or the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.
