We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2018, at the age of 77, Walter Stanley Lutz Jr. (Hartford, Wisconsin), born in Haddonfield, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr and Ann Lutz, Sr. (Wingert); his brother Steve; and his daughter Debbie. He is survived by: his spouse Sylvia Lutz (Kreider); his children, Michael Lutz, Sherri Lutz and Wendy Dulak (Danny); and his grandchildren, Emily, Kelly, Sydney, Mason, Gage and Aubrey.

In 1981 he purchased Signicast and for over 31 years he built the company into a world leader in the investment casting industry.Part of his legacy was to plant seeds for future generations, whether it was donations made for the Signicast Aquatic Center, Veterans Pool, or Hartford Library.
