He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret M. Schmidt and Emil W. Schmidt; his siblings, Leander Schmidt, Ralph Schmidt, Magdalena Wiedmeyer (Eugene), Catherine Schickert (Mathias), Mildred, Anita and Arnold; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara and Darlene Schmidt.
He is survived by: his nephew Jimmy; his niece Sherry; his brothers, Joseph A. Schmidt of Kewaskum and Raymond Schmidt (Betty) of Allenton; and his sisters-in-law, Alice Schmidt of Eden and Joyce Schmidt of Kewaskum. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, dear friends: The Benson Family, among other relatives and friends.
