It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa A. Halfman-Hoeft of Hartford, Wisconsin, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Halfman. She is survived by: her husband Rob Hoeft; her daughters, Drue Morris of Seattle, WA, Ella Morris of Milwaukee, WI and Addie Morris of Phoenix, AZ; her stepson Robbie Hoeft of New Berlin, WI; her mother Maureen "Enie" Halfman (Madigan); and her brothers, Joe Halfman (Michelle) and Chris Halfman (Tracy). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you donate to the Tom Halfman Memorial Fund.
