He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorcia Hoffman and George Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoffman; his children, Mike (Traci), John (Karen), Greg Hoffman (Anita) and Lynn Beine (Dan); his grandchildren, Lyndsey, Jack Bassler, Olivia and Ben Hoffman; and his brother Kurt Hoffman (Candy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
