With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Taylor Ryan Hoffmann (Hartford, Wisconsin), born in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 25, 2018 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his sons, Kieren and Kieran; his parents, Mark Hoffmann and Deanne; his siblings, Danielle, Jotham Hoffmann and Brendon Hoffmann; his nephews, Barry Eichenberger and Nolan Eichenberger; and also Rettler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
