He was predeceased by: his parents, Judita Mazzolari and Cesare Mazzolari; his parents-in-law, Guido and Giusepina Firetti; his wife Anna Firetti; his son Guido J. Mazzolari; his brother Giovanni Mazzolari (Ernistina); and his siblings-in-law, Angelo, Bruno Firetti and Teresina Groppeli (Luigi).
He is survived by: his sons, Cesare (Roxann) of Iron Ridge, Giorgio (Julie) of Fox Lake, John Mazzolari of Madison and Jacci Mazzolari of Jackson; his grandchildren, Erica Bartsch (Dan), Cody, Alia Mazzolari (Sean), Sophia and Celia Ann Mazzolari; his great grandchildren, Rory Bartsch and Dax Bartsch; his stepgrandsons, Nathan (Tera) and Cody Preder (Alyssa); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Natea, Natalee, Tenley, Jett and Lyla Preder; and his siblings-in-law, Maria-Rosa Chiappa (Guiseppi), Dina and Madelena Firetti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends, and other relatives and extended family.
