He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Friess and Florence Friess (Goetz); and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his son Johnathan (Danielle); his grandchildren, Madeline and Nicholas; and his close friends, Linda, Marty and Kyle Polzin.
