He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edmund Burki and Ruth Burki; his wife Laura; his children, Nicholas Burki (Amy Shelander), Keith Burki (Amy) and Rebecca Chaparro (Samuel); his grandchildren, Zachary, Simon, Donovan, Dominic and Ariella; and his brother Robert. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
