He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adolph Nighbor and Elsie Nighbor; his wife Beverly J. Nighbor; his children, Ronald Nighbor (Gail), Pam Kurth (Jeff), Sherry Nighbor, Connie Soyk (Randy), Raymond, John Nighbor, Annette Bock (Duane), Brenda Couturier (Bob), Donald Nighbor (Shelly) and Lance Nighbor (Karen); his grandchildren, Thea Schulteis, Trisha Nighbor, Nicole Kurth, Danielle White (Nicholas), Jessica Dean (Jason), Steven Soyk, Amber Nighbor, Tracie Lee (Andy), Chelsey Wolf (Ethan), Megan and Cole Bock; his half-sisters, Darlene Hunter (Jerry), Ardell Schwersenska, Diane Martin and Iris Deuel (Jerry); his sister-in-law Alice Nighbor; his daughter Mary; and his siblings, Lawrence, LeRoy, Reuben Nighbor, JoAnne Schliepp and Delores Kuharski. He was also cherished by 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to VFW of Hartford Post 8834, Kathy's Hospice Home Care and Hospice, or the DVA (Disabled American Veterans Organization).
