He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Potkay and Regina Potkay. He is survived by: his wife Kari; his children, Rebecca and Peter; and his siblings, Gary Potkay (Elizabeth Irko), Dan Potkay, Steve Potkay, Jean Potkay, Ellen Domaschofsky (Mike) and Mary Altman (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
