She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Lockwood and Eva Lockwood; her husband Donald Hess; her daughter Lori; and her siblings, Lyle, Steve, Gerry and Doris.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Mae; her children, Debbie Thomas (John "Hound"), David Hess, Bill Hess (Roxane) and John "Jocco" Hess (Lori); her grandchildren, Tiffany Thomas (Tom Ressler), Sarah Schroeder (Chris) and Erik Hess (Katy); and her great grandchildren, John "JD" and Nora.
