We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2020, at the age of 86, Louis L. French Jr. (Hartford, Wisconsin), born in Flushing, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Rita French Sr.; his wife Lois E. French; his children, Good Counsel Catholic Parish, Louis L. French III (Chris Singleton) of Albuquerque, Paul J. French (Lisa) of West Bend, WI and Christine M. Devine (Greg) of Janesville, WI; his grandchildren, Catherine, Rebecca, Steven and Molly; his brother Gilbert; his half-siblings, Charles (Pam) and Margaret (Al); his sisters-in-law, Joan Miller (Harold) and Carleen Eschenbach (Walter); his father Louis L. French Sr. (Rita); his father-in-law Walter J. Eschenbach (Anna); and his brothers-in-law, Walt and Harold. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Mary of the Hill Parish, Marquette University or School Sisters of Notre Dame would be welcome.
