She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Obermeyer and Wilhelmina Obermeyer (Werner); her husband Alfred "Sonny" Schodron; her daughter Joan; her brothers, Melvin Obermeyer (late Eva Jane Schodron) and Warren Obermeyer; and her nieces, Christine Koenings and Rosanne Obermeyer.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Koenings (late Roman) of Asheville; and her nieces and nephews, Ross Obermeyer of Slinger, Marc Koenings (Phyllis) of Fairview, Jeff Koenings (Linda) of Tybee Island, Jane Zillmer (late Steve) of Mercer, Anne Cheverton (David) of Henderson and Ellen LaVen (late Larry) of Cape Girardeau. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to a charitable organization of their choice.
