Lester O. Griepentrog Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester O. Griepentrog (Hartford, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 20, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Alan Joseph Griepentrog; his parents, Oscar Griepentrog and Vinelda Griepentrog; his brothers, Arland Griepentrog and Lloyd Griepentrog; his parents-in-law, Joseph Beine and Marie Beine; and his siblings-in-law, Roman Sauer, Gilbert Beine (Hyacinth), Phillip Beine and Viola Beine.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie; his daughters, Marge Griepentrog of Westmont, IL and Sharon Groth (Jerry) of Rubicon; his siblings, Milton Grieptentrog of Fitchburg, Shirley Frazier (Lee) of Fitchburg, Carol Volm (Merlin) and Ruth Sauer of Sun Prairie; his sister-in-law Jayne Griepentrog of Oconomowoc; his grandchildren, Tyler Groth, Cassandra Buttke (Dean), MyKalia Doll (Randy) and Samantha Freitag (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Freitag and Austin Freitag. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
A Memorial Celebration for Lester will be held Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 1:00-4:00p.m.at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union Street Hartford, WI 53027) In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a charity of one's choice in Lester's memory are appreciated.
