She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kanarowski and Laura Kanarowski; and her husband John J. Novak. She is survived by: her sister Carol Moeller (Dan); and her pets, Bonnie and Boo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

“She is now free from pain enjoying John again. I will miss my dear friend. I met Lauri shortly after we moved to Hartford in 1975. We enjoyed many times together - enjoying a cup of tea, shopping the day after Xmas and our friendship continued even when we moved to Florida in 2008. Enjoyed my last visit with her in October. Hugs going up to you and John. Theresa Filkins”
