He is survived by: his wife Deb Chapman (Wielgus); his children, Torie Ladwig (Cole) and Kurtis Chapman (Ashley); and his siblings, Craig Chapman (Colleen), Keith Chapman (Joan) and Kelly Chapman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
