He was predeceased by: his father Richard. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Erin Knueppel (Michael), Kristina Hanson (Brian) and Kody Jerge (Desiree Shea); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Gavin, Khloe and Ansley; and his siblings, Kittie Jerge and Kirby Jerge (Shari). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
