She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Erickson and Kathryn Erickson; and her husband Donald Perlick. She is survived by: her children, Donna Kohls (Tom) of Watertown, David Perlick (Karen) of George, IA and Dean Perlick (Jayne) of Green Lake; her grandchildren, Amy (Ben), Guinevere (Brian), Dane (Alyssa) and Dillon; and her great grandchildren, Lilly, Nathan, Athen, Collin, Dorin and Dacre.
