She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Herrmann and Tammy Makowski (Jeremy Ballard) of Oakfield, WI; her grandchildren, Valerie Saeger (Brandon), Cameron Makowski, Brad Otte (Sara) and Brandan Otte (Sam Forbush); her great grandchildren, James and Hudson Otte; and her brothers, Mark Hayward of Ingalls, MI and Roger Hayward (Debbie) of Stephenson, MI..
